Goat Milk Analysis


With the help of Grow Ontario, OFA, and private donations, OGMPA has had Ontario whole and 2% goat milk analyzed. This is the first time that Ontario goat milk has been analyzed, until now the only nutritional information available for goat milk was information gathered in other countries. As far as we know, this is the first time ever anywhere that 2% goat milk has been analyzed.

NOTE: The Ontario results are from only one or two separate samples. Each sample contains milk gathered from approximately 18 to 20 commercial producers with a combined animal sample of approximately 2000 goats.
